CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy 💖 At Skin Shy Esthetics, I completely understand that life happens! My goal is to provide a smooth and fair booking experience for all clients. Please take a moment to review my policy below: Deposits Deposits are NON Refundable! Deposits are only transferrable once. Meaning you can reschedule with your deposit one time, after that deposit is forfeited an you will have to rebook a new appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. There is a Cancellation Fee of 50% of your total if appointment is cancelled on the same day or you do a No Show. No-Shows If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing notice, you will be charged 50% of the service booked with the card that is on file. My time is valuable & so is yours, and I want to ensure all clients have the opportunity to enjoy their services. Late Arrivals If you are 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply to your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to reschedule your appointment to keep things on track for the day. Please communicate if you’re on your way! Emergencies I understand that unexpected things happen! If you have an emergency, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. By booking with The Skin Shy Studio, you agree to these terms.
